The Jeepney --- a typical symbol of Filipino culture. What do Filipinos do with a bunch of American army jeeps left in the Philippines after WW2? They extend the rear passenger area by adding 2 long facing benches, paint and decorate them, and add lights and incredible stereo systems to create the country’s most popular form of public transportation, of course! If you didn’t know, now you know: "Filipinos know how to pimp their rides!"
